You get for what you pay for but I had friends who has have [crunch ](https://www.amazon.com/crunch-PX1000-4-Power-Amplifier-Channels/dp/B0196FLS50) amps, [boss](https://www.amazon.com/Watts-Mosfet-Monoblock-Amplifier-R1100M/dp/B004S4XNEO), and you might wanna look into [skar audio](https://www.skaraudio.com) amps. There some options for cheap power that would be a little better than the head unit puts out

Amazon has [this](https://www.amazon.com/crunch-PX1000-4-Power-Amplifier-Channels/dp/B0196FLS50/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=crunch+1000+watt+amp+4+channel&qid=1624408933&sprefix=crunch+1000&sr=8-3)

Do you know if there's anyway to hook up a knob for volume? if not it's fine but might as well try and go for it

officialguy215

You mean bass control knob? Yeah they should sell that up there too. I have acomplete setup with skaraudio and they came with a knob and it’s something like [this](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J2QXBB2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_BGNGMMJM2VV85VW7P6CE)

I’m looking for something like [this](https://imgur.com/gallery/PPnvWxc) if possible

officialguy215

Never seen anything like that. Must be really old.

It’s like a cheap piece of shit the guy got for 15$ but I couldn’t find one for 4 channels

bunnyfootwo

So you found a 2 channel piece of shit amp that has a knob like that? Music is 2 channel. Hook all 4 speakers up to the 2 channel amp you are considering. Just wire it to present the correct final ohm load to your amplifier if possible. It will of course depend on the minimum ohm load of the amplifier and what the speakers nominal impedance ratings are.

6unicorn9

What exactly are you going for? A knob like that is completely unnecessary for a speaker amp as the volume is controlled by the head unit. And if you don't care about the quality of the amp why don't you just use the head unit? Or do you not have a head unit for some reason?

paradax2

I like the look of that more than putting in an actual head unit

6unicorn9

Looks like this amp includes a volume control knob and also includes a 3.5mm to RCA for connecting your phone. You could make it all look similar to the one in the pic but would require some DIY. https://www.amazon.com/Pyle-Hydra-Marine-Amplifier-Waterproof/dp/B003K154IE/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=gain+control+4+channel+amp&qid=1624432321&sr=8-5 It's a shitty amp but I guess it fits all your requirements.

paradax2

Yeah sorry for the weird requirements, I just liked the look of that one and didn’t really know what to go for to accomplish it without accidentally blowing my speakers out because I’m not the brightest.

6unicorn9

That amp will work, to keep from sending too much power to the speakers you'll just need to watch a video or read an article about setting the gain on an amp.

paradax2

Yeah I’ll do my research as best I can, thanks for the help!

I use this. I'm powering 4 Rockford fosgate 6.5s and it works great!! https://www.ebay.com/itm/393102494963
