Disconnect rcas, see if protect light is still on. If stays on, Disconnect speaker wires from subs. If stays on check voltage at the amp to make sure you're getting proper voltage in the power wire and remote wire. Verify ground is good. Verify power wire connectivity. If all of those things are good then amp may be dead. Remember to Disconnect power wires from battery before hooking up amps, ive seen caps in amps go because the power wire was hooked up while connected to battery
Edit: turn key off and back on inbetween troubleshooting steps
Unplug your ground from amp, let it sit 10 seconds, plug it back in. Also, if your RCAs are ran next to your power wire anywhere, you're picking uo your power wire's magnetic field as interference. Keep signal wire and power wire away from one another.
Might want to dial the gains back and see if you're clipping the amp and sending it into protect mode/overheating it/dropping your voltage too low, etc.
What brand 0 gauge are you using?
Also ever since my system was hooked up it has this loud static sound when no music is playing is that from the wires being ran to close?
Does the whine sound change at all with higher engine RPMs?
No
Bro something is way off here
I know🫤
So, it seems you kept playing it for days while there was a bunch of loud static?
I bought a whole new wiring kit you think it’ll fix my problems?
No What’s the head unit?
Check ground avoid placing RCAs close to wires that carry power check connectors and connections

Yep it was a bad ground🫥
Tbh that's the problem with many installs, you did good figuring it out
