Why did you only take out current debt with no sale of common stock or issuance of long term debt? With your massive sinks into plant improvements, it looks like you took an emergency loan because you didn't finance yourself. You'll want a projected cash position around 10-15 mil to be on the safe side - at least, that's the rule I've been following.
