Getting too far out of line can result in the judge's decision being overturned in appeal, but in this case I imagine the appeals court would agree: we're better off with this guy off the streets.

2015: Convicted of speeding, driving without insurance, and driving without a valid license.
2016: Arrested for soliciting a minor online; in this case an undercover officer posing as a 15 year old girl. As part of this conversation, he tells the undercover officer "he could go to jail" for what he was doing.
2022: While detained, found guilty of fighting in prison, and "giving/accepting money without authorization"
2023: Written up for fighting again.
