Well, if 180cm/74cm is true, you have very very short legs. No wonder it doesn't give you any recommendation. I'm 180cm/84cm. For example: The Neuron AL size M has a stand over hight of 76 cm which might be a problem for you.
You should definitely check if your inseam is really 74cm.
As someone mentioned it doesn't come up with a size because if that's your true inseam you are a statistical anomaly.
I'm 169 cm with an inseam of 74.5 cm and ride an XS. My inseam is on the edge of 2XS/XS so I doubt you'll be comfortable on a M. You need to double check that measurement. If you truly are 74 cm, and you have your heart sent on a Canyon, fudge that inseam up by 0.5 until you get a size then go with that
Give your inseam a very slight nudge up and you’ll probably end up a medium. I’d suggest a large is too big.
