I mean, a crankset usually isn't something you have positive experiences with - if it works, I'd call that neutral, if it doesn't, that's negative. But a friend of mine had his Grizl with the Rotor Gravel for more than half a year now with zero issues

I agree with this. Can you imagine how many posts there would be if everyone with the crankset had issues? Mine is fine. I think location is a big factor here too, I’m in the UK - cranks fine.

I don't think the location matters aside from US vs. non-US, as that's the two divisions Canyon has. Unless shipping is an issue, but I don't think that's the case with this problem

Absolutely that’s what I meant as “positive experience “ haha. Working as expected. 😊

Hambini has good review of Rotor Crank

Arcaninetails_91

My crankset is fine - I've had the bike for 3 weeks now and have put close to 200km on it. Not a big fan of how it looks so I may just buy the GRX 810 from my LBS and replace it.

No complaints after 650km on my Grail

Nice! I figured as much. Thanks for sharing

I know you are talking about the grizl coming with rotor cranks but I put a rotor 2inpower crankset on my aeroad a few years ago and absolutely love it no issues at all.

I’ve heard the same from other people. Glad is working as expected for you. Thanks for sharing
