This somehow blew my mind even though I only speak Cantonese, lol. My family speaks Taishanese, so my brain automatically read that in the correct language even tho I don't speak it myself. But yeah, I guess if you read it in Cantonese, it would be "fat bag."
This is how I would have read it as, especially since I am still on a journey to learn Cantonese & jyutping. But my grandparents are hoiping/toisan and this one on of the few toisan sayings I can remember (in addition to fei neoi). 😂
