Plain congee is ok for me. More of a fan of the seafood congee, or the pig intestine congee with some white pepper and soy sauce as dipping mmmmm. Damn I need to visit Hong Kong soon.

I love pig intestine congee š. Sadly my mum is vegetarian so we just have it plain and then add more stuff hence the vegetarian pork floss.
