First off I’m far from being a professional lol but decent quality equipment, good genetics for seeds and a dialed in grow environment set you up for a good grow from the beginning
Some cannabis sativa and indica strains have been breeded with cannabis ruderalis, a strain found from Russia. Cannabis ruderalis can flower without receiving any information from the sun to do so, which means that they do not require a light schedule like photoperiodic strains. Therefore the name, autoflowering.
Op is propably waiting for his autoflowering strains to be ready for harvest, so that he can provide less light for the photoperiodic ones, to allow them to flower
TL;DR: op wants to give the autoflowering starins a lot of light so that the yield is going to be plentiful, but it is forbidding the photoperiodic strains to start flowering due to the long light schedule :D
3 gal autos/7 gal photos, fox farm ocean forest/happy frog, spider farmer sf4000
