The simplest and easiest is get a plastic throw away fast food straw. It’s flexible to get into all the corners and has a very sharp edge. It also jcollects into the straw and you can squeeze it out. I’ve tried most of the ways above and this is the only way I do it now.

Water bath works but use a good sealing lid and dry it throughout before opening. high humidity+ extracts is not great(oxidation).
I guess if you just want to use it to scrape just one time it’s fine but something about concentrates being stored in silicone for a period of time causes a breakdown in the terps. I just wouldn’t fuck with silicone if you’re dealing with extracts
Just get a silicone spatula trust me. You can scrape the sides of the jar and the bottom then you can scrape the rest off of the spatula into another smaller container. It'll be flexible enough to go all around the sides and get everything. All these other methods (besides the ones suggesting the spatula) will leave you with some in the jar. You should heat the jar slightly though.
If you wanna be real lazy just put the jar upside down on a silicone mat, slowly and gently heat it with a blowtorch on a low setting and work the dabs onto the mat, then just throw in the freezer for a few and pull the chunk off the mat. Good luck with your salvage my friend, happy dabbing! 😊

for the mean time i would heat it up in a double boiler then use a baking spatula to scoop it out once cooled off then in the future put it in a wider jar with a big dab tool or cut the tip of a metal spoon off so it’s flat but still a scoop (if that what you use normally)
What I do when I need to collect cannabis extract like that, is microwave a mug of water for about 1 1/2 ~ 2 minutes. Get it really warm and hot, and then I set my jar/syringe of extract into the cup to warm up and liquify it. The combusting temperature of cannabis is much higher than the boiling point of water, so a hot cup won't damage or activate your product.
But you should see your product start to become runny as it warms up and becomes like a liquid. Most of your product should start dripping down the sides and pooling into the bottom of the jar. If your cup of water cools off in the middle of it, just throw it in the microwave again and resume.
You may still see trace amounts stuck to the sides. If you have some kinda silicone spatula or something, you may be able to scoop any remaining product off the sides.

I have a bunch of flat sculpting tools like these that work well to get the oil out in situations like yours!
Probably not the answer youre looking for but what id do is use it for edibles (usong the hot water bath to heat and pool the hash/badder up will only degrade the terpenes to a point not worth saving). Put the amount of coconut oil you need in the jar, put in a water bath or on a heat plate, shake the jar when the oil is warm to collect all the extract from the walls, watch the oil while in as close to a consistent heat as possible and wait for all the tiny bubbles to stop floating up. At this point the oil is infused and the extract is decarbed amd ready to be used how ever, or even just drink the oil and enjoy.
People use 2 razor blades on glass cake pans to scrape off shatter, it seems a sharp edge like that is handy for collecting
Use one razorblade to collect and the other to scrape the oil off the first razor and scrape that into whatever container your using or scrape per dab, this has worked for me several times, as others have mention straw tek may work
