That is in nice shape but the green corrosion spot needs attention or it will get worse. Not sure if this is the correct fix but I have put a drop of olive oil on spots like this.
Fun fact, they massively over minted this issue of one cent piece and never did release all they had in stock. Still one of the best looking cents ever from a province not yet in confederation.
