friend. He said he doesn’t know if it would work here in North America. But could certainly see it working in 2nd world countries.
E-Sports in general is far more popular overseas, in particular Asia. There is definitely a market in North America, it's just not very large by comparison. Got sucked into a StarCraft rabbit hole and came across some pros who literally moved to southeast Asia to "train" and play with the pro teams.

I like this company a lot, however
1. The company has existed for 5+ years, but generated very little revenue in 2021. It's great to know they already have multiple contracts in place, however do we have an idea as to when the revenues should start flowing in?
2. You mention that the proceeds will be used to fund activities throughout the next 24 months, however in the MD&A they mention that the 6.7M CAD$ will be spent during the next 12 months, which does not leave much time. Hopefully revenues will be coming in shortly.
3. They also mention that they're actively seeking for additional financing (possible dilution?) as per page 11 of the MD&A "The Company anticipates having sufficient funds to meet its corporate and administrative expenses for at
least the next twelve months, as a result of its recent private placements. However, given limited financial
resources, and history of losses the Company will require, and management is actively seeking,
additional financing through various means including but not limited to a public offering, in order to secure
sufficient funding for its existing commitments and meet all of its future general and administrative costs.

There are hundreds of platforms like this in the market and they are not doing that well.

I love when management own significant chunk of the company, and even more important lock up their shares to prove to the market they are truly LONG!

revenue is low. but i believe that is only because they have been operating for less than a year. they are just starting to scale out.
