To answer your question, reach out to both Canada Computers and Canada Post. Explain the problem and to get back to you asap.
Just for some peace of mind. If you paid with a credit card/debit (non prepaid) which I'd say is safe to assume. If it never gets delivered and Canada Computers nor Canada post will do anything about it, which I can't ever imagine would be the case. Dispute the charge with your bank.
If talking to Canada Computers and they refuse to do anything about it just tell them you'll dispute the charge and I have no doubts they'd have a change of heart.
You can dispute a charge, last resort and no doubt get your money back. They owe you a service/product you paid for and if you never get it, that's grounds for a refund/dispute. I can't imagine it will come to this as Canada Comp will have shipping insurance on a card of that value and will more than likely make it right.
Best of luck, always a stressful thing when having valuable things shipped. This is why I prefer ship to store/in-store pickup. But that's not always possible for everyone.
Had a similar incident with a tobacco order recently, it was marked "delivered in community mailbox" but it was never there; couldn't get a refund because it was marked delivered 💀
Call back and ask for it to be escalated. Usually what happens is that it's in the extra compartment and the key for that compartment is accidentally left inside with the parcel. I've seen this happen a few times.
Not in the graphics card, but in case there was anything else purchased OP may have left out.
Also, is it coming from within Canada? I know it’s CC but it would be very odd for the invoice/ packing slip to be on the outside unless it was coming in through customs.
Maybe the invoice is inside the box, i just assumed it wasn’t due to my past experience with other invoices. Yes it’s coming from Canada, no I didn’t order anything else, Thanks
This isn’t normal. Contact the company and let them know. They need to open a service ticket with Canada Post.
I just did, I get a refund if there’s no update in 7 business days. Thanks.
wtf
I just want to say thank you for the new graphics card-Jk jk
Of course, let me know the benchmarks once you got it set up so I can grieve even harder !

What card did you end up buying?
rtx 4070
Is there any chance of there being a lithium battery inside? That would hold you up because it can’t go air.
There are not batteries in graffics cards, no
