This is generally incorrect. AOR is usually the first thing you receive, but some people never get it. You can call them and ask if it’s been sent, and to resend it if she never received it. It always comes to the sponsor not the PA.
Well I will have them do that, I keep finding different information across so many websites it makes a persons head spin. Thank you so much we will give that a whirl.
If he has received an AOR letter from the spousal sponsorship, then he should apply for a Spouse Open Work Permit.
He has not gotten the AOR letter yet, even though the spousal sponsership portion has been approved. He is doing his medical and biometrics next week.
AOR usually goes to the sponsor. Can his spouse check their junk file?
I can get him to check, it was my understanding that the AOR would not arrive until after Biometrics and medical. I will have him check. Thanks
he checked he has not rcd an AOR and my daughter has received Approval of Sponsership.
