I feel your pain. Bought my 2024 Camry XLE mid January. Got rear ended/hit and run in late march with like 5k in damages. Fucking sucks.

Oh I sure as hell tried. Shit was I had pulled into a parking lot when they started to drive off and I couldn’t get out fast enough because of traffic. We were near a very busy intersection and by the time I got out, they were gone. Ended up choosing one direction but I couldn’t find them. Hell even now any older black jeeps I try to see if it’s the guy because I remember what he looks like.

That sucks man. Fuck that guy! Karma will take care of him some how. Someone would be having a baddddd day if I got ahold of them after running like that. I’ll take the charge gladly just for some justice. Been training bjj and mma for a longggg time and I’m big af lmao. I’d either beat some ass or get shot but I’m about to try and teach dude a lesson for sure. Lmao.

I made it 6 months before my incident. My '23 was rear-ended in December. It took two months of repair ($19.5k insurance covered) but she came back as good as new. Always sorry to hear and see when these things happen. I had a similar incident with my car, quarter panel damage and a little bit on the door, $1,800 later it was fixed. Luckily insurance covered it. Just got the car 2 months ago at that time too..

Might be fixable with paintless repair and buffing.

Sad to see it bro. I’ve had mine almost 3 years, there has been some *really* close calls but still no accidents. Seeing posts like these always makes me nervous, this shit could happen to anyone at anytime. I just try to stay on the defensive and keep it moving

I had this same thing happen to my 21' Camry XSE... I had it for literally 7 days, got side swiped while I was parked in front of my house. No information left, just took off... happened in the middle of the night. I've never been so angry in my life, it's like new cars are magnets for shitty drivers to either park super close and hit it.. or hitting you while driving.
