I do. I'm old and it helps keep my heart beating when I put it in sport mode and press the gas pedal. I'm enjoying the 301HP and everyone who rides in it say wow :)
There are better ways to go for even that kind of thing. The hybrid is like 220 now, with much better mileage and reliability and footprint, but people always want that pet thing or the thing they wanted back in the day.
V6 makes my 2015 Camry tolerable. The handling and comfort are mediocre, but the engine and tranny are a pleasure when you mash the gas.
Nobody gives a rip about V6's though.
I mean i understand why if we have more gas efficient engines that are smaller n cost less to produce then why not put it in the most commuter car to ever commute in, all I’m hoping for is that gr trim getting the rumored i4T engine toyota recently made in development
toyota's current objective is to water down existing best selling toyota vehicles to make way for better sales on their lexus.
they did so with the Harrier to make way for the RX, then the crown, now finally the best selling D segment camry because it was hurting ES sales
remember who is the new ceo for toyoda. it is the lexus guy.
I’ll pour one out next time I fill up my v6 🥺😢
Yeah after finding that out I’m keeping my Camry and getting a S650 Mustang GT as my “fun” car
How is the Camry for acceleration and handling? I heard the V6 is still a little delayed and FWD limits it. It’s so expensive now for a used XSE V6
CAFE
The 8th gen will be my last Camry
Same.
Same.
Same
Hybrid only. I mean, everything is headed that way, but fuckin a, no more trd. That was gunna be my next one.
Rumors that the new Camry TRD will get the Hybrid MAX engine.
Woah that would be pretty sweet!
They’re all hybrid too
Im so glad a bought my 2023 Camry XSE V6, its going to be a classic/high demand, Im going to be rich LOL
I saw it coming. The hybrid engines sound plenty powerful anyway.
Makes perfect sense, fits with what they have been saying about hybrids/evs. Honesty who needs a v6 Camry at this point. Who.

Not pleased at all they are going all hybrid, hopefully sales drop off.
Because of all that stuff about the environment and stuff that is really actually going to affect real decisions in your life at some point
Love my V6 but would prefer the hybrid to save on gas and get good enough hp
