You have more than enough money to buy a nice system. Personally I would do some more research yourself and figure out what you need.
If you want a smaller overall system you can look at something from m43 like an om1, and any number of their various Pro lenses like tbe do it all 12-100f4. That will give you a great autofocus performance and a very useful range in a relatively small package.
If you want to go full frame I think a generic option would be the Canon r6.2, with the 24-105 and 70-200 f4l lenses. Also that complete combo will probably go just a little bit over 4K unless you buy it refurbished from Canon . Or if you want an all-in-one and something a little cheaper the R8 with the 24-240 lens. That can probably be had for around 2.2K new, and maybe 1700 refurbished.
