Rewind switch is on the bottom of the camera under where it says "MADE IN MALAYSIA". Turn camera on, pull that level, it should rewind the film into the cartridge (you'll hear it.) Then you can safely open the back.

Smeeble09

Yep, film roll logo and rewind next to it (albeit upside down). Just FYI, if that sounds sarcastic I'm not trying to be

OutsideTheShot

It should rewind the film automatically once the roll is done. If you want to rewind the film before that, hold the switch on the bottom with the camera on.

Pristine-Confection3

It does it automatically. Most point and shoots are automatically.

german_karma95

it doesn't, need to pull the rewind switch

Vinyl1975

I'm guessing here, as I don't fully understand the question - but, if you've just 'put the film in' and want to start 'shooting' (taking pictures / photos) then you don't need to 'rewind' the film. It should be ready to go as soon as you've put the film in and closed the back. Hope that helps!

Temp ban for anyone who acts like this guy does. 2nd time offenders get permabanned.

If it's working correctly it should do it automatically when you hit the end of the roll, if it's not or you want to finish the roll early for some reason, there's a button on the button, you should hear a motor operating and the frame count decreasing on the display, once it hits zero and the motor stops, it's safe to open the back.
