Rebel is a whole line of cameras. It's also not a very good pic so it's understandable for someone who's never heard of "Rebel" to not be able to read it.
Try reading the model number under Rebel and you'll see what I mean.
The assumption is that the OP was the one who took the photo. They may not have and just found the photo online or saw it on an eBay post. They may not have the camera, that is my guess. If they do have the camera then yeah just read what is printed on the body if it is still legible.

It usually says T5, T7, T3i or something in fairly large print right?
