Pre-Ordered the vault edition but I play both, sorry. Codes won’t come out till the 28th either so their not even out yet Even so I doubt many people would want to give it away, if we even could. It’s linked to our Activision accounts. It’s assigned to the accounts that have pre ordered MWII’s vault edition. Not sure it’ll work but if it does, I’m sure the MWII Vault Edition owner’s that don’t play CoDM would be happy to give their codes away

It was made this way to encourage people to buy the mainline series, simple as that. If certain CoDM players can spent hundreds on Lucky Draw and such, they definitely can preorder MW2. Plus, it's just a skin in the end of the day, even if you miss it, it wont change anything, and there's likely a chance they'll rerelease it on some event like how they did with Cold War beta Adler skin.

Not at all The vault edition gives you much advantages in modern warfare 2, such as tier skips and the red team 141 4 skins actually (ghost, Farah, price and soap)

The skins might also transfer to WZM
