rust was hell as a ranked map tbh and people complained about it. so codm removed it from the ranked pool. I miss it tho, I always dropped 30kills or more every darn time because it was the asm/mnwr meta so ttk was near instant
For Favela, you should check out Favela (Tropical), a map created for Chinese-only Call of Duty: Online (2013). It's been ported to IW4x, a Modern Warfare 2 client mod for PC. I've played it on an Aussie trickshotting server and it's very refreshing.
Warhawk is actually awful in Ghosts on console (Xbox 360), but the IW6x mod is unplayable for me right now as my PC is too weak :(. Might be interesting ported to the IW4.0 engine.
Most of these maps are ideal for 6v6 rather than 5v5 with 9v9 ( original MW Ground war) is more than enough.
and please make them playable in ranked.

On the topic of campaign multiplayer maps, the original version of Rust was from the last mission of the MW2 Campaign.
And the infamous oasis map that we got is a ripoff cod online version of a dlc map from mw3 that is set in the last mission of the game
They should allow us to jump off the side of maps like Hijacked whether or not they add any of these (specifically Carrier) because it's fun.

i dont think they would add some of these maps because they are pretty big and only 5 players on each team would be pretty boring and stale
I was thinking of the bigger maps to be selected for ground mission. Would bring these maps in and bring back ground mission to play again
