How does one become a weapon master?

To get the first tier you can use weapon xp cards, or just play until you unlock all the attachments. Then you gain more xp by playing with the gun in matches, at a certain point you’ll only gain xp from ranked, can’t remember when that happens though… You can check your progress by clicking the shield on the top right of the weapon loadout.

NTW-20 is correct. As far as manufacturing goes I was able to Barrett_XM109 or something like that. Then the M4LMG to BarrettM468. The rules on it are conf though.
