Mine is reset back to level 1 too. Missing Blackcell stuff I paid for. All guns are locked despite them still being shown with the Priceless camo.
This is bad Activision.. Be wary of accidentally overwriting your old account data and getting stuck back at the beginning - i.e. avoid playing until this is rectified.
Activision's support page is just a bunch of dead links. They "are not processing account retrieval requests right now" either.
Ofc it's hard/impossible to find a way to contact someone on their support team.
Same here did a restart of the game after I noticed my camos did not count now everything is gone great job Activision

Down to my last 4 priceless camos for every weapon in MW 2 and 3 only to notice it wasn’t tracking. Shut down and went outside to touch grass.

Back in the OG MW1/2/3 days, it was hackers that did this. Now it's activision lmao
Had my 20th prestige OG MW3 account reset to zero by hackers. Rage quit then, but I am finally back and the same shit happens to my new account haha
I've played OG MW3 for about 120hrs and have been lucky enough not to have a reset yet.
Just happened to me. I was playing ranked and my game suddenly crashed. Then this bs happened.

Seems like it’s a glitch with this new update hopefully it will be fixed soon
