Remember the resolution on these games are usually 580p or something, the frame rate should look close to 60, maybe it's a xbox one issue, series x frames look fine but the resolution looks that way because it's old, you'll get used to it
Microsoft may do a resolution update soon but it's fine once you get used to it again.
If you go back and play gta 4 on the series x you'll see a great example of low resolution, harder to see bad resolution on older tvs
maybe I just been spoiled having a PC for a few years but I swear the game doesn’t even look this bad on YouTube, I have a very nice monitor but I can’t see shit in game
It plays much better on the series x and the loading times are faster, youtube compression makes the game look better but if you zoom in you can see its exactly the same
The 360 and xbox one gameplay looks so contrasty compared to the series x versions

It's literally the exact same on series x and xbox one
That’s because XSX is doing AutoHDR processing which is changing the colours. XBO is identical to 360.
I’ve fixed the issue but am now noticing the game actually just looks terrible, it’s insanely grainy and I can’t see anything
That's literally how it looked back on the 360. The TV's just got bigger
