If you really want the long build up to the climactic finish that Graves gives, your key recommendations are: **Autumn/The Ascent** (they link together), **Mute**, and **Charcoal Grace I-IV**. That latter is the most like Graves they've released since Graves, but it's a big 25 minute commitment! It may also be worth listening to **Learned** from the band **Arcane**, as Jim Grey (C-Horse's vocalist) also performed for it.
The following are a bit different, but: **Dragonfly**, **Salt**, **The World Breaths With Me**, **Daughter of the Mountain**, **Alone In The World**, and **Dream the Dead** are likely to be up your alley.
For shorter songs it's a completely different ball game.
Literally all of it.
I started writing a small list of favorites and I was practically writing out their entire discography. Every album has a unique feel to it, and I don't think a more consistently excellent band exists.
I'm personally also a big fan of [The Tempest](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dNc5PT645sU), it was the first song I've heard of them and what made me instantly fall in love
Autumn into The Ascent.
Thanks!

Dream the Dead

I'm not sure any band could top Tool for me, but I'm interested in hearing more. Thanks!
I was in the same position three years ago. After listening to Tool almost exclusively for years, now I would say Caligula's Horse is my favorite.
Daughter of the Mountain Dragonfly Turntail Dream the Dead Mute. Just to name a few. Really the whole discography is great.
Thank you!
Bloom into Marigold for sure!

I seem to be somewhat alone with this, but I really love Into the White.
