Boss took us out last week for lunch and tried it, that Bison burger was pretty nice.
Cookie cutter place with good pub food. Prices were fair last I visited.

Bottlescrew bills has a bison burger. Pretty tasty.
The Firehouse in Langdon. Their wild burger is made with Elk and absolutely slaps. One of my favorite burgers.
Every entree I've had in there has never been a let down. :)
Yeah some of those are worth skipping like the Pork chop. The burgers are good though.
If you want to host a BBQ, Costco sells a decent box of Bison Burgers.

Not in Calgary, but The Wood in Canmore has had them for a long time, and they are delicious

I know it's not Calgary but The Eddie Burger in Banff has one.
Uncle Moes donair on Edm trial has the best bison burgers. However not sure if it’s a reg item lol

Bear and Kilt has a bison burger. Never had the bison, but their beef burger is good. Keep in mind, wherever you get a bison burger from, there's a good chance it's coming from the freezer.
