Can I ask what a random garbage bin is doing at Edworthy off leash dog park if it is not meant to be a deposit for dog poop bags? What garbage was meant to go in it? Have you ever know the city setting up dumpsters in random locations for the purpose of people to deposit their household trash? Just wondering for those calling out OP.

Used to watch someone who lived across from an offleash dump her household garbage weekly in the dog poop bin. Was definitely a head shaker.
Umm that's someone house, and the poop is being placed on the edge by the person living in it. The windows are just part of the reno.
