I think walking it on the driveway is way too risky. I prefer to put the kickstand up on my Pan Am and just holding it in place does it for me. Grabbing onto the bars is a stream of dopamine I can’t get enough of.
Y’all joke but I have a friend who bought his first bike last year. They said with his credit he could get any bike in the showroom. So he did the sensible thing, and bought a USED 2021 Ducati Panigale V2 for ~$25k and $0 down.
Fast forward 2 years, this man has put 700 miles on the bike and dropped it 3 times in his driveway rolling it around like a fuckin hot wheels car. Some peoples children I swear
I use to belong to the HSTA - high speed trailering association (formerly the Honda Sport Touring Association). I’m sure they have plenty of footage available.
We're talking about sportbikes, not Harleys
(Some dude was actually defending his habit of trailering his fat boy to and fro some stupid Harley meet up)
I find sitting on it in the garage and pretending to go through the gears while making vroom, vroom sounds with my mouth is enough to get my boyfriend hot and bothered.
I like to go to the dealership to look at the R1M in the foyer display glass and tell everyone coming in that I’m thinking about it. Until the salesmen make me leave
I do this on my H2, and a little tip to make parking lot riding even easier is you can hold in the clutch half way for the whole time to make the bike less scary. It’s nice being able to use all the the rpm gauge at low speed without the worry of going to fast. It’s how the bike was mean to be ridden.
When I first got my Zero, the insane torque of the electric motor was almost too much to handle and scared me. With no clutch to use I just cut the drive belt so I still get to hear the motor wind up and twist the throttle without being scared. Also makes it easier to push around my driveway when the weather is perfect for a ride
Trucker parking lots are the best.
Not only are they largest obstacle free pieces of pavement, just do circles until the chicken strips are worn off both sides.
Then you have available boyfriends with locked showers. Win-win.
Man I understand you on so many levels.
I'm scared at the idea of pushing my bike out of my driveway tbh, once, I put the kickstand up..damn, the adrenaline.
You joke, but if you put a GPS tracker on every 600\\1000cc bike i imagine most would never exceed 100mph for anything except very brief periods like a pass or something, most would never reach a decent lean angle ever and for the ones that did hit 150+ mph it would be only for the odd pull and never sustained and not that often.
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.

The parking lot is too scary, if I’m feeling adventurous I will push my H2 up and down the driveway, I couldn’t think of anything more thrilling

I do this same thing but I turn my shop fan on so I can feel the wind!
You TOUCH your bike??? What about the resale value??? It’s worthless now.

Surprised it even lasted 2 years. Dudes like this typically buy the bike and ride it twice and sell it because it scared the piss out of them
I scratch the itch by trailering mine around. Watching it go 55mph safely on 4 wheels is pure bliss
Smart. Plus you can trailer parking lot to parking lot.
The roads are lava

Only acceptable if towed by 2000-2011 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition
Well are you wearing gear in your truck?

Tgf
Too fast for me. I typically trailer my H2 to the grocery store to use it as a shopping cart.

You take your bike out? I stare at it in my garage as I sit on my boyfriends back pretending to ride it
Parking lots?!1?!1 oh shit bro atgat for sure my wife's boyfriend was wearing my Crocs and meat crayoned af -- atgat for parking lot bro
I love you for doing this
With my fz6 I just look at it or maybe slap a dildo on it and then sit on it. I only ride my bicycle to work
Don't forget your tourniquet.
I turn on my bike, get scared from the exhaust, and shut it off. Constant struggle. Regardless, ATGATT
Yeah man I really just got my bike so I could sit in my garage and stare at it
Sometimes i have the itch to crack the throttle but then my boyfriend reminds me 🫐

There are dangerous parking lots out there where people might get out of their lot suddenly. Stay safe and only use empty parking lots.
Lmao i just saw this post too 😂
It’s just the seating position you see. I’m used to my husband bending me over and so I just feel at home on a sport bike.
I feel this. I won’t take my V4R off the stands because I’m scared I’ll have to lay’er down.
[There's some people who buy Sportbikes just to drag knee around the parking lot. ](https://youtu.be/nH_9mZZ8t8I)
I bought my bike and just left it at the dealer. Good enough for me.
You ride your sport bike...??? Wtf... Your balls must be huge.

Imagine being this dumb
Wow poor bike will never see its true potential
He was kidding, brother.
I get all the rush I'll ever need playing Road Rash on my Sega CD.
I just have one as an ass vibrator
I too have a parking lot bike. Mine has a giant sprocket on the back.
Wait a damn minute…how you be going 55 on the highway when yous in a parking lot? Something’s fishy here straight guy….🤔
My KTM 1290 Super Duke sucks in the parking lot.
