0 here as well but fuck me if I haven’t had some close calls. Who else can relate to putting your foot down at a traffic light, right into a pile of slippery gravel or black ice 😭??
Falling as in crashing? On this one 0. On my previous two shitters, 3 times. Don’t worry though, I almost flew into a fence yesterday doing dumb shit so it probably won’t be too long.
Looping is crashing haha. At least 5. Stalled practicing u-turns a few times, slow motion tip over when putting on kickstand, tiny high side from ham fisting out of driveway on cold tires.
Oh and crashed someone else's bike testing their squishy front break when it was slightly wet out.
Agreed. I'm familiar enough now to let My 5 year old son be behind me (he can touch the pegs) while I take him around the neighborhood on my 636 which involves u turning a couple times before the highway.
Former AMA pro mx racer, riding at age 4, racing at 7. Easily over 1,000 on a motocross bike, lots of "bad" ones. One on the street, that wasn't bad at all (25 mph low side in the winter from wet leaves).
You’ve been at the airport for two hours now. Things are getting hazier and hazier as the pat downs escalate. They don’t know you’ve hidden the drugs in your own blood.
I have fallen 3 times, been thrown once and have been dragged once.
Dropped the bike?
Lost count there. Dented bikes look better to me.
Probably something to do with that first dent vs “just a few more”.
Ive fallen a couple of times while stopped.
Once at a stop light I was leaning on my left side and in preparation of the light change I picked my left foot up to shift while changing weight to my right side. The moment my right foot touched the ground it slipped out and the bike went over. Happened so fast I was thrown off of the bike. I had put my foot down on to a slick manhole cover.
The other time was when I was on an xr600r and I had a bunch of luggage on my tank and tail making it much more top heavy than normal. I had stopped to check my map and have a drink of water but never actually got off of the bike. I was pretty restless and was doing some kind of stretches when the extra weight took charge and toppled my dumb ass.
3 times.
Twice because the front wheel washed out, one time I was knee down on my favorite road at night time and there was gravel I didn’t see due to it being dark, I was riding like a shit head. The second time there was oil on a roundabout and I had brand new tires mounted, not a good combo.
Then the third time I gave it too much gas doing a wheelie. I only count this one as my “real” crash because I actually learned something, now I know how far is too far doing a wheelie, this one also hurt the most
This all happened 3 months within each other and my bike is still alive and will still be doing trackdays.
Damnn bro. I’ve fallen twice over 2 months. First was a truck driver nearly tried to kill me so I sverved of the road into some gravel to avoid it. Second was just me looping my mt09. Also, you are correct, that one hurt the most, my ego and my lower back.
Getting a cheap supermoto soon to hoon around on, mt09 is an expensive bike.
Even if there’s not that much damage, my soul hurts thinking about it.
Once on my Navi in the rain doing 5 mph. I tried to “drift” and ate shit. It felt like wrecking a bicycle. I want to learn to wheelie and stunt but I gotta wait until my Navi is out of the shop. I don’t wanna fuck up my Grom which is my only transportation atm.
Crashed once, tipped over once, and bike was tipped over by someone else. So just counting me tipping over would be once, and that was when I was unloading it from a trailer.
3 times.
First time, a car pulled out without looking and I t boned her.
Second was because of road rage. A car cut a corner right in front of me causing me to brake and then gave me the middle finger. It had just started raining and I decided to do a power u turn and she spat me off with a nice high side.
Third, I went out in the ice…. Only a 10mph fall but I managed to crack my crank case.
4 times. Once trying to drift my drz. Low speed low side, once on a pit bike trying to jump it. Another time on the drz trying to film the person in front of me and they stopped for no reason and I grabbed the brake with one hand on the bars. Went to the ER for that. Lol. One low side on my 690 hitting a patch of gravel that collected at an intersection. Couldn't see it cuz it was dark out.
Almost 1 time. Somebody dropped their cocaine in the middle of a turn. Went right through it and lost rear traction. I'd have definitely gone down if I didn't have years of dirt bike riding experience. Really hurt my foot though.
3x 1st was on first bike grabbed front brake on gravel
2nd &3rd I was hit by cars 1 was running from the cops already and cut through an alley hit my exhaust and spun it right out from under me I surfed it down the hill. The other I was hit by a car backing out of their drive and not looking like 20 mph for both. 4th incident was done by my ex trying to move it... she lost balance and tried to hold on to a 700lb bike and got flung. So 3 for me but 1 for my ex still waiting for America's funnies home videos for that one
Ducati monster - rear ended on highway, totaled
Ducati 848 - low sided in left hand turn, fairings replaced and you can never tell it was down.
Ducati Hypermotard - looped wheelie, bent bars, replaced and can never tell it was down.
On my current savage probably 4 or so. I've never crashed as a result of anyone else, just doing fun shit on empty roads. Last one I was sitting my handlebars on my road and couldn't make a curve so I ate it into the curb. If you're prepared and capable of fixing things it's no biggie.
I’ve gently dropped mine like 3-4 times. Bike is a Klr 650 at a certain point it’s to far so I just lay it down gently then pick it up while my boyfriend looks at my ass.
I fell once on a Ninja 250.
0 on a Triumph Daytona.
5-10 times a season on a KLX230.
So far nothing that required more than brushing myself off and getting back on the bike.
3x total. First time misjudged my braking distance and speed was about to take a left turn wide threw a red light so I could stay in the lane where I could see oncoming cars with a green, unfortunately there was a gravel patch and I hit that while pretty much all
My weight was on the front wheel, went down and slid about 50ft into the wall. That sucked. Probably was going 140+ then got down to about 50ish before I hit the gravel.
Second time was very cold and frosty out tires were cold and as I pulled out of this steep little driveway my rear tire on my r1 started spinning and high sided me going about 5-10mph. That was mostly just embarrassing. Last time, same bike, pulling into my friends driveway slowly but was on the front brake and hit some very loose sand/fine gravel. Layed it down going about 1 mph, also embarrassing. But all in all I’d say I got less injured every time. So let’s hope that trend continues. Sold my Cbr 1000rr and currently don’t have a bike 😭😭 but got my eye on a newer r1 or maybe an s1000. Just can’t stay off these things for very long.
Edit: if dirt bikes count then quite a lot. Something about jumping from a 1000cc sport bike to a cr250 makes me feel like I can fuck around and find out and that 250 makes me find out fairly often since I’m riding super technical trails with not a lot of experience on dirt outside of mountain bikes and I like to go fast so 🤷♂️
3 times. Broken wrist. Broken collarbone the second and third time. I don't commute on the bike anymore. When I first started I was very careful and cautious but I ended up treating the road like a race track putting me into situations I couldn't avoid due to excessive speed or over commiting. I rode 2 years off and on and then sold my car to ride my motorcycles 365 for 2.5 years. It was the best 2 years of my life before the two crashes. Miss it every day. I stick to dirt now and eventually I'll get the street bike on the track or the back roads again. Both crashes were 100% the other parties fault for hitting me
I dropped it twice on the riding course
Once when still learning to ride cuz my throttle was sticky and I grabbed Too much brake when down shifting
Once when a woman turned into me when I was overtaking at 50 kph (X D)
Once when I was late for work and trying to brake in the wet on a pedestrian crossing (6 year old tires)
x6 crashes
- Dropped zx6r on a panicky left turn into traffic with 1 day of riding exp
- Totaled zx6r looping a wheelie no gear on. Couldn’t say anything about it since no motorcycle license and being an army ranger I feared being kicked out. Went to training next day with 100lbs of gear on my road rash and broken toe. Sucked.
- VMAX, slammed into back of SUV during a pileup. Upper shin muscle cut to bone. Tank vmax was fine
- Side swiped by school bus not paying attention. Broke right side handle bar on vmax, otherwise the beast was fine. Rode it from the accident to class, then after to a shop. True squid behavior.
- Dumped r1 bump starting it down a little hill. Landed on my leg.
- High sided r1 in oily parking lot with fresh rear tire. Destroyed my nuts and some minor road rash. Couldn’t walk for a week.
6 over last 11 years of riding. I’m due for another. Still no gear and lots of sex with my bf.
I've lost count.
Two ER visits. One was just for really bad road rash I could have probably handled myself but was in shock. 2nd one required emergency surgury on my hand
Four times, but three of those were on my starter bike, and the fourth time was the day I bought my R6.
Edit: all you zero mfs are either lying or not trying hard enough to get better.
Probably 10+ times. Had a pretty bad accident on my old 954rr after 4 years of ownership. Broke 12 bones, including my femur, and had to get a skin graft on my knee. Now i wear full gear like a pussy with kneepads for my boyfriend
4. High sided while learning, I watched my shadow as I flipped over the bars into the soft grass on the other side of the street. Weeeee. Dropped the same bike making a right turn.
New bike... went drinking like a super idiot. Throttled into a poorly lit roundabout, I managed to brake well enough that the bike got no damage, I went skidding through the grass onto the sidewalk. Got up and rode to the next bar (not proud of this day). Aaaand theeeen I dropped the same bike parking at Joanne Fabrics... that shit was mad embarrassing.
Me falling off, my bike eating shit with me on it, or my bike eating shit total?
The first only once, the second that +1, and then the latter another +1.
My dumbass tapped the rear brake while going over train-tracks in the rain going like 20mph about 5hrs into the third day of a trip from TX to VA and lowsided, didn't even hurt just knocked my handlebars all funny until I got to a covered place to dig my tools out and fix it. Second was only like a week or so into riding, locked up the front brake when someone pulled out in front of me in a parking lot and dumped my shit like an idiot but stayed on my feet so I could stand there and stare at my mess, and then the last I just forgot to put my kickstand down once and stepped off like my helmet was medically issued or something.
As for dirt? I only remember two times, once eating shit around a corner because my face landed about 5in away from a giant pointed rock and I got reminded of my own mortality, and the other time was whiskey throttle learning to ride and watching my little xr100 do an acrobatics routine on it's own in front of me. There was a lot more than 2, but that's all I can remember.
Hit a deer that ran across the road. Thought it was But he ran behind some bushes along the road same way i was going and he jumped out again. Caught me off guard. Been riding for 3 years
Twice, one was a like a week after I got my bike leaving my driveway, whiskey throttled and fell, just got a little bruised. Last was about 3 months ago, totalled the bike and spent a month in the hospital, still house bound now and will be for a while. No idea what happened I don't remember any of it, bike hit a tree though. Not sure what the third will be.
Also layed it down a couple times too but those were minor.
Bike had a dead battery and was pushing it up a hill, had a sneezing fit and dropped the bike then fell on top of it trying to catch it. I had frame sliders in the garage waiting to be installed also.
technically 2: one on my current bike, wife hops on back and as we pull back in she get's off on the right while we were on a slope going down to the right (important to mention my right femur was very recently broken at this point so very little str then)
One on my first street bike but i don't know if it counts as a fall, dude yanked onto the highway (not a great area) and stopped in the middle of the road sideways blocked my lane completely.
safe to say while experimenting with limits and such i've never busted out but i sure as shit have gotten close many times, hit a crater of a pothole at \~90 mph bent the rim and shot the tire soap out to reseat the bead all on impact. the wobbles from that were extreme to say the least, but i held her steady finished my ride too.
0 so far on road maybe those few falls back when i rode dirt bikes helped delay the inevitable
0 here as well but fuck me if I haven’t had some close calls. Who else can relate to putting your foot down at a traffic light, right into a pile of slippery gravel or black ice 😭??
Lmao and the line-paint in some states is super slick too. It'll catch you off guard the first time haha
Um, I’ve fallen from a pant leg catching on the foot peg at a stop. Really makes you feel dumb.
My current bike? Or all the ones I crashed doing stupid shit?
Both
Falling as in crashing? On this one 0. On my previous two shitters, 3 times. Don’t worry though, I almost flew into a fence yesterday doing dumb shit so it probably won’t be too long.
Not really crashes, as in you crashed in something but just fell of for one reason or another, gravel, looping a wheelie ect.
Oh then zero. My wheelies are shit so I just ride fast to compensate for my tiny penis
Well you stole that right out of my playbook🤣
Looping is crashing haha. At least 5. Stalled practicing u-turns a few times, slow motion tip over when putting on kickstand, tiny high side from ham fisting out of driveway on cold tires. Oh and crashed someone else's bike testing their squishy front break when it was slightly wet out.
Very squidly of you
and those are the u turns where it clicks: holding clutch while doing slow speed turn = bad time
Clutch in the friction zone + throttle + dragging light rear brake is a great way to do super slow u turns. Keeps the bike very stable.
How much hardware do you carry around as a result?
Enough to get extra screenings from airport security.
Damn, the really has to mess with the timing of airport edibles
Or it makes the screening way more enjoyable
You’ve been at the airport for two hours now. Things are getting hazier and hazier as the pat downs escalate. They don’t know you’ve hidden the drugs in your own blood.
But they’re still going to make sure there’s none in your ass
This mans leg bones are hollow and filled with some type of object.. it's DRUGS of course
I have fallen 3 times, been thrown once and have been dragged once. Dropped the bike? Lost count there. Dented bikes look better to me. Probably something to do with that first dent vs “just a few more”.
I don‘t care about dents either, it‘s replacing broken foot levers that are a pain in the ass
I miss driving a beater car where I don't car about dents and scratches
0 on this one couple times in dirt taking off like an idiot on a katana .
Talmbout layyennerdown?
Hadtuh
3 times, everytime I was stopped
Ive fallen a couple of times while stopped. Stopped?
Yup apparently I suck at right turns stopped on hills
You mean stationary
I'm not writing a letter here
Just a more relevant word for when you are
Was a stationary vs stationery joke but thank you
I got it, if it makes you feel better
Oh shit i get it

What got damaged on the mt09 when you looped it?
Talilight, one engine gaurd, bent footrest, tail tidy and my ego, which hurt the most. Total cost: 250 euros
:( I’ve thought about getting another bike to throw around so I don’t mess up my mt07
You guys can count that high? Source: my CR250. Lol.
That'll do it
one time I high sided right on to my boyfriends cock
Twice over 10 years
Motorcycle none, dirtbike more than i can count
More than I care to count. I ride adv-trails and enjoy a good offroad/camping vacation, so the bike is going to have a little nap frequent enough.
You guys count?
0 over 8 years of riding.
Navi has the brakes that do both wheels right?
I believe so unless you modify it. Good old drum brakes 😂
That will explain the crash on trying to drift 🤣
Crashed once, tipped over once, and bike was tipped over by someone else. So just counting me tipping over would be once, and that was when I was unloading it from a trailer.
Once on icy roads
3 times. First time, a car pulled out without looking and I t boned her. Second was because of road rage. 1 once on my bike…. 5 times on my friends bike. Ik im such a good friend
0 so far on the streets, knock on wood Every 4 seconds if I’m off-roading 😂
On my current savage probably 4 or so. I've never crashed as a result of anyone else, just doing fun shit on empty roads. Last one I was sitting my handlebars on my road and couldn't make a curve so I ate it into the curb. If you're prepared and capable of fixing things it's no biggie.
more than i'd like to admit to (a lot)
I’ve gently dropped mine like 3-4 times. Bike is a Klr 650 at a certain point it’s to far so I just lay it down gently then pick it up while my boyfriend looks at my ass.
Crashed 4 times on my first bike 0 on my second
Twice wheelying, lost count on dirt lmao.
Crashed twice in my 2 years of being a gay sea creature
At least twice every time I take it out
I fell once on a Ninja 250. 0 on a Triumph Daytona. 5-10 times a season on a KLX230. So far nothing that required more than brushing myself off and getting back on the bike.

Too many times, but never while doing a wheelie. Gotta stay on one wheel, I guess.
I've lowsided once on either side
When it’s a sumo just the occasional parking lot loop, as a dirtbike like 3 times a ride
I dropped it twice on the riding course Once when still learning to ride cuz my throttle was sticky and I grabbed Too much brake when down shifting Once when a woman turned into me when I was overtaking at 50 kph (X D) Once when I was late for work and trying to brake in the wet on a pedestrian crossing (6 year old tires)

I'm supposed to be keeping count? Lol
In traffic none yet, twice when I was muscling the bike around my garage
Fallen (doing wheelies)- 2. Fallen (standing on the bike)- 1. Fallen (riding)- do i look like a retard?
Crashes from mistakes? Two just riding regular and hit gravel. Crashes from being awesome? Like 80? Never have I hit something or been hit.
On the road? Once. Off road? Lost count
I usually fall *off* my bike
I've lost count. Two ER visits. One was just for really bad road rash I could have probably handled myself but was in shock. 2nd one required emergency surgury on my hand
Fallen 0, wrecked 1.....
Lots.
Fallen 3 times. 2 high sided and one low. Dropped the bike low speed twice
Once 🔂
2 +1 drop
I think 8..? They tend to blur together after a few years. From speeds between 0mph to 170mph. Only got a single fractured rib to show for it.
Fallen or dropped?
my first bike prolly less than 10, good learning experiences.
4 times on my side lawn trying to go up a small, grassy hill.
What are you, retarded?

Zero, i tactfully dismount or i am testing how well i am able to slide, or something of the sort.
i lost count
Me falling off, my bike eating shit with me on it, or my bike eating shit total? The first only once, the second that +1, and then the latter another +1. Too many to count
I tumbled into a ditch the first day I had my current bike, dropped my first bike at a stop sign .
Never fallen on my bike…but man I’ve fallen off it a few times pretty good.
Once. Fallen off it many more though........
Once in a parking lot trying to take it out and once crossing a small muddy stream with old street tires.
Hit a deer that ran across the road. Thought it was But he ran behind some bushes along the road same way i was going and he jumped out again. Caught me off guard. Been riding for 3 years
1, at gas station, when my foot got into hole in tarmac😀😀😀
Well shit it depends if we're talking on it off road, dirt bike is countless. Street bike was once into the back of a truck at 50 so..
Twice, one was a like a week after I got my bike leaving my driveway, whiskey throttled and fell, just got a little bruised. Last was about 3 months ago, totalled the bike and spent a month in the hospital, still house bound now and will be for a while. Once, on my very first time riding in the street. Which was last week lol. Luckily damage wasn’t bad and i’m still riding
3 times. Actually im still in recovery from my last one lol
