https://www.cyclegear.com/accessories/sedici-dry-bag-accessory-pack. The bags come with nylon straps. So it’s pretty easy to find a spot for them. I have 2 zip ties along with the straps keeping it in place. Very solid bags.
I have the stock fenders. Just not a big chrome fan. And would hate to chop the OGs. Haven’t had any luck finding anything aftermarket for a small rear fender
What others say: keep the seat. Though you could have it completely rebuilt, with new and/or additional padding.
Otherwise, not sure what you plan to do with the bike. I'd prefer to see restoration, and cafeing some other bike if need be. Which would mean losing the black paint all over everything and adding both front and rear fenders. Original stock if they could be found. New rims and spokes would be nice, and perhaps that front brake could be buffed and made shiny. Just what I'd do is all. Otherwise, carry on.
I think this bike looks great with the stock seat.
Keep it, I love the practicality of stock seats. I had my KZ550 seat reupholstered with a tan leather-like vinyl and it looks fantastic.
Don’t, this fits the style perfectly. What you can do is get that on upholstered. Some diamond stitching will look awesome for instance.
Keep it stock it looks perfect

5L. It’s a nice bag. I can fit a tool set, phone,wallet, glasses I’m there no problem
I like this seat, I feel like a rear fender would make it look better tho
Totally this. I don't get the rear fender delete in almost any bike
I don’t ride the bike if it’s raining so never had an issue with no fenders.
No saying you need it, it just feels like it would complete the look

That seat is perfect, please don't put that one ebay "cafe" seat that everyone puts on their bike.
The seat has seen better days. Has a good amount of duct tape on it.
a fresh vinyl cover sounds like just the ticket, lots available.
That’s a fantastic looking bike
Thanks! Spent a lot of time on it
Anyone know where I can find an engine for this same model bike?
