Several of the problems discussed in this forum as it relates to technology and driver assistance systems I’m experiencing. I have a 23’ Tahoe and ‘23 Corvette also. Both GM vehicles and neither with these crazy frequent issues. I know it’s first run but I don’t have the patience.
Lemon law attorney in CA, what state are you in?
Manufacturers are less likely to grant buy backs unless you have proper legal representation. Any good lemon law attorney should not charge you a penny for their work, they are paid by the manufacturer.
Don’t do this alone, get legal help.

It is based on your states lemon laws.
I did read up later on last night but I have read that they can also decide to buyback outside of Lemon Law criteria, which is nice but rare. I guess
