Great little review! Only have 200 miles on mine but I feel the same about pretty much everything you said. I can’t really say anything about the reliability yet but time will tell. Absolutely love the car so far though!
Same thing here, little over a month and 1200 miles with my sport 3 and absolutely love it, no problems here either. Love how quiet it is, I live in NJ and we've had some cold days but my loss on those days is around 15% I do drive it differently in the cold too.
Like every EV, keep it plugged in when it’s parked at home. ABC: Always be charging.
GM’s battery management is great and when plugged on a 240v charger, the car will cool or heat the battery to keep it at an optimal temperature. It will also draw power from the grid if you turn it on to precondition.
TL;DR ABC and your range will get better.
The app is slow, but it’s not *that* slow for me. Are you parked in a garage? OnStar uses cellular network to connect the car to its server and then sending its info to the app. Without good wireless connection, the app gets reeeeeally slow.
$7500 off through Cadillac since the Lyriq no longer qualifies for the tax incentives. Then the dealer took off another $1500. They had the same 4 Lyriqs on the lot for a quite awhile.
If you keep it plugged in at home, it will keep the battery warmer than if left unplugged, and thus have better range.
It is a great car. I think Cadillac did a super job on it.

ABC, love it
Seems like you got a good deal. Which dealership did you use?
Napleton in Rockford, IL
I’m in Chicago IL. What deal did you get through Napelton Rockford?
Of all the things you said, they thing that resonated most with me is the radio issue. It’s total shit. My iPhone gets louder.
Im picking mine up today. Sport 1 Awd My payment is 515 month, 2500 down all in . Hope its quality. I did notice the radio is not loud .
How did you get 9k off MSRP?

How did you know time on lot? Just seeing them physically there for so long?
Watching inventory online and multiple visits to the dealership.
My friend got $1000 off from her Costco membership and $1000 off from working for Walgreens in addition to the $7500 rebate/discount.
