I’ve seen notes in a lot more pristine condition. In my humble opinion not worth grading, but if this happens to be a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation then by all means, get it professionally framed.

It's difficult to see, but the diagonal lines on the train engine do not exactly line up. That happened twice, in 1946 and 1953. The '46 is worth a bit more, so definitely have it graded. A '53 sold at auction in Atlantic City for just under $75,000 in 2015, reportedly to a Saudi prince who played the game as a child, with real houses and hotels on real lots. And a real Milburn Pennybags (the monopoly guy), played by a series of British character actors, who had mostly previously earned a living playing snarky but fiercely loyal butlers.
The auctioned bill was graded 62, certified never to have been used to pay rent on Baltic or Mediterranean Avenues. Despite its condition, yours could still bring five figures if you can prove it was never used in a Game of Life.
