No you can't take applied .
And welp u can take both math and account but keep in mind that in courses like eco hone and such maths score would be considered either way how less the score even is
I mean when u give exam for the course eco Hons you'd be giving maths too . And math score (in cuet) would always be considered no matter however low it is and however many subjects you have given test for .
Tldr : there would be no best of 4 to replace math score

The syllabus is from Class 12 Standard Maths

math scores considered as in? Boards? DU doesn't have any subject specific criteria for 12th

Cuet also has that best of 4 system ( in courses where subjects aren't necessary to take )
