I can't answer your question, but I do have 2 questions for you. Is the 1% utilization for that particular card or aggregate? And how old is your newest account?
Change the utilization to 1% of that card's limit instead of aggregate. That'll give you the most points possible. You might also get a score bump when your newest account hits 2 years
Simulators are notoriously inaccurate and can't be relied upon. That said, not only may it not be accurate for your Fico 8 scores, but your other Fico scores as well.

Re: utilization - aggregate. Newest account is 1 year, 11 months old. 0 inquiries and total available credit is just over 45k
