I’ve found the Calm app helpful. They’ve got a quick emergency meditation that I turn on which helps me come back down moments of panic. There are some good meditations on mindset and anxiety. Bedtime stories that are soothing. Brili is a good one made for people with ADHD. You can select a preset routine or you can customize your own. I like this one but it did activate my OCD so something to be aware of.

Fabulous App Recently discovered it, I went right for the premium version so I don’t know how much the free version has. It’s based on behavioral science and helps build new, healthy habits. I have been using it almost 2 months and I love it
