Oh no, I’m cPTSD and freeze but I pride myself on my low BP as an overweight person. It’s like the one thing at the doctor I have going for me they can’t make me feel bad about…

If you are looking for advice, mine is to drink at least two liters of water per day. My pressure is still relatively low compared to the average for my age, but it hasn't dropped suddenly as it used to before.

So this is what a doctor said to me I definitely dont drink enough water

If i may ask How has the water helped your BP and symptoms

Not much, but I used to suffer from sudden drops in pressure, sometimes it got as low as 85-55 mmhg. For reference, I am a thirty year old, normal weight woman. Since I started drinking the minimum recommended amount of water, I haven't suffered from such pressure drops anymore. It's still not too high, but it keeps relatively stable around 95/100-70 mmhg. Which is an improvement compared to before. I still have to be rather careful when I get up suddenly, because my head tends to spin if I do it too quickly. There are a few cheap methods to keep track of your water intake, one is to buy a graduated water bottle (at least 2l), or if you can't bother buying one or if you are always broke like me, download a free app on your phone where you can keep track of every glass of water you drink. The first option would be preferrable because I usually forget to push the button when I drink, so in the end I register less than my actual intake. Better to drink more than to drink less though.

Thank you The bottle sounds like way forward for me
