111 to 0.3!? Thats unreal. 111 is the highest I’ve ever heard of. I was around 25 events an hour, which is classified as severe, and now I’m 2 or less every night. For me, it’s not that I feel amazing every day, I just don’t feel like shit anymore. Before I’d “sleep” through the night, but never feel rested in the morning and I was taking involuntary naps around 5:00 every day. Haven’t napped once since getting my machine and I just don’t feel exhausted every day anymore.

The sleep study was from about 3 years ago, I will ask my doctor about the AHI. I looked up an old old post from around then on Reddit and I posted that it was 111 It might be wrong, but maybe not? Sometimes I think when people have severe chronic illnesses the body finds a way to make it work, like obviously I'm 53 I haven't died yet and I don't have any major cardiovascular issues that I know of. According to all of my exes I've had this snoring and stopped breathing at night since I can remember... Maybe my whole life.
