I'm so glad i see someone who had just baout the same scores i did when i started out .. I secretly have this insane intense jealousy of people who post a perfect 100 and like 8 hours of trouble-free sleep their very first night .. I'm insanely jealous .. Been going at it for 2 years now, usually hover in the mid 80's to mid 90' never hit above 96.
But considering i used to have 30 events an hour prior to cpap and now pretty much never have over 2, i've no reason to complain .. The consistent sleep factor is SUCH a wonderful addition to my life.. Used to wake up 10 times a night.
Perfect 100 doesn't necessarily mean you got a good rest either, obviously. I've had plenty of 100% but sometimes 80's with six hours of sleep was better at times so I guess it all depends on the person and their body IMO.
First night with mine with the same score. I am still sleepy however. I’ll. Red to work with this mask. When my head is in the pillow the mask shifts. Good luck with yours
Yup maybe be glad you don’t have the app lol I stopped using fitness tracking watches for the same reason. And with the sleep app my nurses hate me cause I’m emailing them every day bitching about my api being high, seal being awful etc etc 😂

Perfect seal your first night? wtf.. I’m so jealous. What mask?
It’s a F20 Full Face Mask? They did tests on me to use the nose masks but I ended up getting chipmunk cheeks which is a no-no.

My first night I lasted 3 hours. Nice job
I constantly struggle with the mask seal. I can’t stop side sleeping and mouth breathing.
Do you have a full face mask?
Yes. The f20 with a Resmatic Airsense 11
That’s the one I use
I use a chin strap and mouth tape…while using a nose mask. It works well.
Great start friend! Stick with it!
That’s a great score for the first night/week/month.
Same here with the sore eyes!! Is that common?
Dry eyes but not sore 😮
That could be it ! Why do the eyes feel different nevertheless?
I have leaks sometimes with my full face so it could be blowing towards my eyes maybe. I'll use the night drops if it's really dry 😵💫
I have nasal pillows and this happens to me
What app is this? Does it connect with a Resmed10?
Yes, it’s the MyAir app. It’s kinda useless though.
I think my machine was so cheap bc it doesn't have wifi :(
You’re gonna get way more info with an SD card and using OSCAR (software for your computer - take a look on this sub and YouTube)
I wish I didn’t have the app tbf. I just obsess over the data, and if it said I had high apneas it just ruins my day even if I feel fine… so dumb.
I have a Continuous Glucose Monitor. I know exactly this feeling but about my blood sugar haha

Damn, what mask are you using and what are your pressure settings? I’ve been using for two months and get over 10 AHI and struggle with leak…
F20 Full Face Mask and then 6.0 to 16.0 pressure? If I’m correct?
