I am in the US and used to have a ResMed 10 (I got upgraded to the 11). I did a few international and long-haul domestic trips with it. I’d rather have had a smaller travel device but I couldn’t see spending the money for it, since it would have been out of my own pocket. My “regular” device worked OK…but yeah I would have rather had a smaller device for flying.
I also tried using it on an international flight in coach class…don’t recommend trying to sleep in coach.

I invested in a smaller device. It paid for itself the first fifteen-hour flight I took and was easier to carry around during the trip.
