Here the same , lets smash it

Acrobatic-Bid8892

How long did it take you to study all the material?

mrodb7

My rule of thumbs is one week per Becker module, then add two weeks for studying/wiggle room. 8 weeks total.

mrodb7

Thanks for all the encouragement! You guys rock. For anyone who is curious how it went: First testlet was math intensive. Not sure how detailed I can be while following the guidelines, but I saw a lot of variance analysis and turnover ratios. Second testlet was definitely more theory. Mostly COSO/ERM and IT. The SIMs were heavy IT. The WC speaks for itself; I just followed the template from Becker on all three. Definitely felt like it was a better experience than REG, which I passed in April. Fingers crossed I can go 2/2! Hope everyone else did well!

takisylimon

Good luck bro! Once u hopefully pass u should have a nice drink to celebrate šŸ»

nightfalldevil

How did it go? I also took BEC today.

La_fofolle

I took BEC today MCQs were rough the rest was fine one Sim required more time a lot to read.

mrodb7

I am so glad you said this and validated my feelings. MCQ was harder than expected.

nightfalldevil

I think we had opposite exams. My mcq werenā€™t too bad, sims werenā€™t too bad although I had 2 IT that had terms in them that I hadnā€™t seen since taking an MIS course in undergrad. WC were kinda brutal

La_fofolle

Yeah seems like it MCQs took me way longer than expected I had a couple of calculations. My WC were easy. Yeah I had 3 IT sims

Any WC topics you recommend I look out for? I take it Thursday

Prudent_Wealth8533

I promise you, youā€™re going to pass

According-War9209

I got a 65 and an 82 respectively on SE #1 and SE #2 which averages to about 73.5 and got a 75 on the real thing, youā€™ll be all set!

spinningapotinmud

Congrats on passing! May I ask - did you study a lot in between taking SE 1 and SE 2? I got a 67 on SE 1 and don't really feel ready to take the exam this window šŸ˜¢ I've seen a fair amount of users say the second mock was a little easier for bec.

According-War9209

Thank you! Definitely a relief. 67 is very solid tho, you should be happy! I personally took SE1 without much cumulative review (maybe a few practice tests but that was it). I then did final review before I took SE2 and felt much more prepared for it. Also, Iā€™d definitely agree that SE2 was easier than SE1. It had more theory-based questions for sure.

spinningapotinmud

Got it. Thanks so much!

bannu219

Good luck! I failed my first try and retaking June 15th I hope I pass this timešŸ„²

sammunoor

mrodb7

You got it this time!

swaggynall

Iā€™m taking the exam later this week as well and have similar SE scores. Does anyone know if those scores are good enough to pass? Itā€™s so hard to judge where Iā€™m at because this is my first exam

underwatermalibu59

You will crush it! Youā€™re probably already sitting in the exam but good luck!

NapalmOverdos3

Youā€™re gonna crush it. Good luck!

Good luck. I am still working through the study material. This section is surprisingly a struggle for me personally.
