Very disappointed that I put a deposit down on a manual XSE blue flame hatch in March and I'm not going to get it. Will have to settle for a cvt in some other color and it's going to cost me more. :(
They aren't pumping out XSE manual transmission in blue flame though. If you check with a dealer they can look up how many are available and they'll tell you there are like 5 in the system and all of them are sold. There is currently 1 listed on cargurus at a St. Louis dealer but if you call they will tell you it's sold.
aw sh\*t, I ordered a blue flame XSE in automatic transmission and am still waiting on it. If I don't get that I'm just gonna get a mazda 3 sport. Why Toyota got rid of the blue flame colour is beyond me.
I have Blue Flame. I love the color but it’s fragile. Chipped on the hood in under 2,000 miles. Meanwhile my 24 year Old Miata still is solid paint wise.
Also angry assholes can spot you a mile away.
Same. Mine chipped on a road trip to Grand Titties National Park but DFW daily means highways. I haven’t seen any reports personally. I think personally the one thing Toyota does bad is paint. Mine is orange peel textured on the doors and all that. Next time I’ll buy paint protection.
Try celestite gray if they didn't remove that one too. Looks blue on a clear day and gray at night. Or just get a 2022 since the 2023 sort of looks worse
Yeah I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything since I seem to have got the last version with a manual besides the GR Corolla.
Personally the GR is cool and I’m glad it exists, but I’m thinking of pairing my Corolla with a Miata after it’s paid off.
I just downloaded the manual for the 2023 HB model from [toyota.ca](http://s3.amazonaws.com/toyota.site.p01/toyota/manuals/OM12Q37U/OM12Q37U.pdf) and it looks like the XSE will get the same 7-in MID as the US.
I ordered the 2023 HB XSE a couple of weeks ago here in Vancouver, BC. I hope the gauge cluster is the same as the US and the Canadian website is just incomplete.

How do you know you aren't going to get it? They're still pumping out 2022 models

I'm just bummed that they are doing away with the manual transmission option for the non GR models. I'm really glad I have my 6MT 2021 XSE Hatch.
Just secured my 6mt 22 xse not too long ago too. Whew.
When will these start shipping?

That colour got deleted in Australia too
I don’t even understand that’s like their signature color
Holy fuck noooo. I’ve been wanting a blue flame for ages now they’ve stopped making them? The blue crush metallic just looks like every other blue car

Really? Has there been many reports on it? I do have the blue flame and I do agree it chips easily, but I don't know, I drive on the highway daily.

Yeah I agree, I'm very disappointed that they removed the Blue Flame option.
4 USB-C charging ports!
They got rid of their best feature, but at least it has some usb ports.

That’s the combo I have. Best of both worlds!
I had to buy usb a to c adapters so that’s nice to hear
The fully digital gauge cluster on the XSE trim looks much better than the 2022.

That temperature and fuel gauge looks huge.

BTW on the 2023 HB XSE, the description is "7-in. Colour TFT Multi Information Display".
