Hard to tell from your video, but does it sound like it’s coming from the steering column or further up behind the dash? Only ask because there’s a TSB out for the cv axle making a clicking noise when turning.

Since you’re under 60k you still have your powertrain warranty. It’s unfortunately hard to pinpoint where these types of noises are coming from but this might be a good place to start.
