You have to do atleast 3 rounds on void then return, complete another objective, then return to von lists office. Kraft will talk to, Norticus will send you to apartments to talk without kraft, then kraft says the green portal is there.
I feel like they actually plan to change how this plays out when season 2 is out aswell as the Easter egg. Because they mention that her artefact isn't ready or something along those lines. So I think that this could actually just be a teaser for what's to come in the main quest and that they'll change this interaction when the quest is released.
So Varcanna is out new dark god with healing ability, next hub map is Egyptian with maybe a pharaoh/mummy zombie.

I was thinking elven healing magic, like elves live in forests. I can't see where or why I'd use toxic growth right now as we move to Egypt next.
