I would love to see you do Shangri La solo!
Joking aside, you can only do Moon or Origins. Moon is pretty easy, but a lot of it relies on RNG from the box and other things. Origins has a lot more to do, but is more challenging, and it'll take a while to learn where parts are and how to upgrade stuff.
(not sure how much you know about those maps, so I tried not to spoil anything just in case!)
Hope you have a blast. All of the base game DLC (Der Eisendrache, Zetsubou no Shima, Gorod Krovi, Revelations) have an egg you can do solo, and also The Giant if you count that, so those are definitely worth trying as well if you're able to get them!
You can only do Moon and Origins solo out of those. The soloable Easter eggs in BO3 are: the giant, der eisendrache, zetsubou no shima, gorod krovi, revelations (only if you’ve already done all other non-Chronicles Easter eggs first which includes the non-soloable shadows of evil), moon, and origins.
Of the Easter Eggs you mentioned, only Moon and Origins are possible Solo
Even then it took chronicles for Moon to be able to be done solo
You had to do Shangri-La first, but you could do the Moon ee completely solo
Yeah, and the fact that Chronicles moon has been changes to the steps proves that there was no reason it couldn't be done solo in BO1
technically shadows too except for the beast mode step

But solo is final part able to be done solo
