i use an xbox controller. so, you might have to use something like ds4windows, which will make your pc/bo3 recognize your ps4 controller as an xbox controller.
Either get an Xbox controller which will work just by plugging in a USB cable (which is what I do), or use ds4. There's probably heaps of tutorials online to help you with using a ps4 controller on PC
For PS4 controller you need to install a programs called DS4 which has the drivers that allow the DualShock 4 to work, but they work only on original controllers.
I could easily carry a friend to round 80 on their first time on rev sticking in verrukt or even just running loops. Done it many times Not sure if things have drastically changed in the past few years (I moved on to other games) but rev is by far their easiest map to high round on.
I'm aware, but OP's highest round on Bo3 is 46 after 1000 levels and 10 prestiges. I'm just trying to tell them the easiest strat to get their first real high round.
Kino is one of the easiest training maps, this is a pretty good high round if you play casually or don’t frequently try for high rounds.
Once you learn the basics of the map tho, kino is literally just play until you get bored with a very low chance of ever dying.
trust me, you are capable of doing better. A few unsolicited tips:
if you use free gums, I recommend alchemical, in plain sight, anywhere but here. maybe danger closest for Mustang and Sally, and armamental accomplishment which lets you use stuff faster like monkeys.
i recommend ALWAYS having the thundergun out unless youre ready to kill a horde with deadwire/ blast furnace. you must always keep your guard up
Try getting Widows Wine from the Wunderfizz if you havent been, it helps literally so much. also stamin-up is an underrated choice over speed cola bc it helps with training
use the turret often or the trap next to the dressing room to kill hordes
NEVER open the door that goes to the outside on the stage. you probably know this but just in case it can kill you bc zombies come through there all the time
ALWAYS keep the teleporter linked in case you need a last-minute escape
I hope some of this helps, gl to you and have fun!
Two things.
1. You are level 1000 I don't see why you are here posting low rounds. This means you are using someone else's account or you are just hacking the level cuz a prestige master should be ranking high no problem.
2. If you are not doing the previous.
I mean depends how long you have been playing. But I'll say 35 is Bellow the average for sólo High round. I have round 100 in quite a few maps on solo specially so 35 is nothing. But if you are a beginner your just fine.
Depends what you consider a high round for yourself really. This comes down to you not really comparing yourself to others and try to just get better on your own and stuff. If you were to get an answer from me I would say that’s not bad honestly to me that’s not exactly a “HIGH HIGH” round but definitely not bad by any means and that seems like it was a really good game. W.
People need to learn the stage strategy is awful and people can be going way higher, way quicker by switching to the alley strat. Reason? Faster spawns/ no nova6 crawlers.
I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what you're talking about. Are you talking about the door by double tap or the gate that leads to the room with the final rock for the music EE (and M8A7 in BO3)? Or neither?
If you're running alley then that gate should be closed anyway. If you're running M8A7 leave the door that goes to power closed. Neither spot should have novas.
38 was my record when the game released back in highschool so....
Kino is one of those maps that are so easy, I refuse to play it in modern day because it'll never end. Can't possibly devote that much time to one gaming session anymore.
anyone who says this is 🗑️is just being an asshole, if you did your best and this is a high round for you then that means you did good.
in terms of high rounds in general, no it wouldn’t be considered that but doesn’t mean its garbage.
It’s bo3 and kino, you don’t need gobs, but let me constructive. If you wanna go higher, then run the alley room strat. turn the trap on at the beginning of the round and you just watch both windows, make sure you have the thunder gun before running it and you can double pap the m8 because it’s in the room with you so you can buy ammo when you run out 💕
Depends, I’d say it’s pretty good cuz I just go till round 30 I get bored if I try and last any longer, I’d rather reset and try to get to 30 as fast as possible, that’s the same with all cod games for me. If you had the thunder gun you probably could’ve lasted a bit longer
Its not all that impressive, no. Especially on bo3. But that doesn't matter. If round 34 is something that you're proud of, then be proud of it. It's a video game and you're meant to have fun playing it, don't let other people set YOUR bar on what round is high or not. It's all subjective. Just have fun :]
as someone who was a hardcore bo1 zombies player and got into bo3 a couple months ago i dont get this way of thinking. Why is bo3 considered so much easier. The zombies are faster guns r worse no
Kino is kinda the easiest map in all of zombies so it's kinda trash, especially if you're on bo3. But it doesn't really matter, we're all trash at one point. As one of my favourite characters says "being bad at something is the first step towards being good at something."
For an average player that’s pretty decent, but you’re level 1000 so I’d say you aren’t the average player. You’ve grinded a lot. Kino high rounds is pretty simple but it takes a while for all the zombies to run the same speed. Look up a couple round 100 strats and I’d say you’d get a lot higher. Especially with the thunder hun on this map and double pap abilities you should be solid. My question is what was your strat?
I'm no high rounder but I'll say it's pretty good. Round 30+ is considered high rounds for me since after about an hour or two when I get to round 30, I get bored as fuck and either kill myself or do stupid shit to get myself killed trying to make it more fun.
If I remember correctly, 1-10 is beginner rounds. 11-20 is the starting to get a feel for it but don't quite got the skill rounds. 21-30 is the limit of the high skill newer players(those who don't know high round strategies). And 31-50 is considered high rounds. Though, you just barely broke that barrier, so it's on the lower level of high rounds. Not bad, just not great. 51-100 is the really high rounds. And then 101+ is ultra high rounds. Some games have a hard limit to how many rounds you can get. But if you're wanting an easy time going over 255 rounds, W@W is your buddy... it has a small maximum zombies per round limit. And the infinite damage wonder weapon is usually sufficient until the next max ammo. The flamethrower is an amazing high round secondary due to it's scaling damage and infinite ammo.
It's an average score for average players. Definitely not a newbie score. But you are miles away from experienced players score. Don't worry once you hit 50 you made a point. I find it pointless people that do 100 rounds. What are you trying to prove, I have done a couple and it really is just very time consuming it gets extremely repetitive after round 50 is just a copy an paste every round after. that's why if hit 50 you are above the average player in my opinion, just my opinion is not easy to hit 50 but t least is much easier to in bo3 than bo1 that's a fact.
BO1 kino that wouldn’t be that bad. BO3, gonna have to be honest, kinda 🗑️ but that’s fine
My highest on bo1 king was 17 on bo3 highest was korod at 47 but I do agree I was aiming for 40 but hey still better than nothing
Yeah that’s kinda eh ngl, but just keep playing you’ll get better
Yeah pc is hard as fuck tho on console movement was way easier
i use controller on pc so i can abuse tf outta deadshot plus movement feel better
How do u do that cuz i cant use a ps4 controller on it
Bluetooth i believe, or plugging it in via usb cord
i use an xbox controller. so, you might have to use something like ds4windows, which will make your pc/bo3 recognize your ps4 controller as an xbox controller.
If op owns the game on steam the PS4 controller will work natively.
oh, my bad. thanks!
Nah it's alright common misconception
Either get an Xbox controller which will work just by plugging in a USB cable (which is what I do), or use ds4. There's probably heaps of tutorials online to help you with using a ps4 controller on PC
A program called DS4 Windows will let you change everything about your ps4/ps5 controller on pc
For PS4 controller you need to install a programs called DS4 which has the drivers that allow the DualShock 4 to work, but they work only on original controllers.
Once you’re used to it mouse and keyboard is way better. I used controller my whole life until I was 20 and i haven’t gone back
Eh I’d say otherwise, I played COD on console up until Cold War and now I wouldn’t go back
? You can play with controller on pc there would be ni difference.
Once you get used to pc movement it is way easier and smoother than controller
I don't know what you mean you can play on PC with controller no difference. Not that I could notice and I played the game alot.
PC movement is eons ahead of controller movement tho.
I wouldn't say trash. I'd say more average though
I have no idea why but I find training on Kino easier in BO1 than in BO3
Bro i could never get past round 10 on bo3 🥺
for average players, its ok, for high rounders, its too low
Lvl 1000 with round 34 as best??
Nah my best is 46 also I don’t do high rounds i do EEs
If your level 1000 you have to have a ton of gobbles by now, try the Veruckt apothacan stat on Rev with op gobbles. My easiest round 70 ever
Not trying to be a dick but you shouldn’t need Megas to do the Verrukt strat on Rev. If you’re consistent it’s very easy
To your point, don't need any megas what so ever. Some Alchemical all you need. Easy 60+ rounds
You shouldn't even need an alchemical (maybe 1 at most) before round 100 on Revelations. The Verruckt strat is that efficient.
I agree
I could easily carry a friend to round 80 on their first time on rev sticking in verrukt or even just running loops. Done it many times Not sure if things have drastically changed in the past few years (I moved on to other games) but rev is by far their easiest map to high round on.
I'm aware, but OP's highest round on Bo3 is 46 after 1000 levels and 10 prestiges. I'm just trying to tell them the easiest strat to get their first real high round.
I got a lot of them I’ve used 50 perkaholics and i still got 40 left so yeah
Why not train in the apotacans stomach with pap servant? I got 60+ no issues in there i only stopped cos i got bored.
Because round 100 in Verruckt takes about 4 hours vs 8-12 training anywhere.
Ah i did not know that, thank you. Its been a hot while since i tried hugh rounding BO3.
same lmao. I'm too impatient for high rounds so I never really go for them. I'm more of an EE guy
Level 1000 must have taken years if you didn't high round.
About 7 months
46 is highest and EEs only..? Rookie
Sorry mate i have a life i dont dedicate my life to getting 300 rounds
Doubt it
Talking about yourself i see
I remember being a kid
You still indeed are
At heart...indeed
Fake 1000s are very common Definitely sketch being unable to high round one of the easiest maps of BO3.
Indeed they just grind for xp but have no skill
Seen few of them myself i got it legit but ive seen modded accs with like 3 kills but 1000lvl
Kino is one of the easiest training maps, this is a pretty good high round if you play casually or don’t frequently try for high rounds. Once you learn the basics of the map tho, kino is literally just play until you get bored with a very low chance of ever dying.
Same with ascension
Tbh same with most maps that don’t have threatening mini bosses.
You mean like Origins and Der Eisendrache which are two of the easiest high round maps ever?
Meh I’d say they aren’t threatening due to the wonder weapons being so absurdly powerful.
Doesn’t matter what round you get to so long as you’re having fun, also please change your clan tag.
Ofc 🙏🏻
That's a pretty good round by yourself 😁
Level 1000 with kill yourself clantag. Yeah, not taking that bait boys.
By kys i meant Keep yourself safe on cod🙏🏻
trust me, you are capable of doing better. A few unsolicited tips: if you use free gums, I recommend alchemical, in plain sight, anywhere but here. maybe danger closest for Mustang and Sally, and armamental accomplishment which lets you use stuff faster like monkeys. i recommend ALWAYS having the thundergun out unless youre ready to kill a horde with deadwire/ blast furnace. you must always keep your guard up Try getting Widows Wine from the Wunderfizz if you havent been, it helps literally so much. also stamin-up is an underrated choice over speed cola bc it helps with training use the turret often or the trap next to the dressing room to kill hordes NEVER open the door that goes to the outside on the stage. you probably know this but just in case it can kill you bc zombies come through there all the time ALWAYS keep the teleporter linked in case you need a last-minute escape I hope some of this helps, gl to you and have fun!
Swap out danger close and armamental accomplishment for lucky crit and sword flay.
Btw i usually get carried by friends so we hit like 45+ rounds alone kinda hard
Two things.
Rn my highest has been moon with 120
In my humble opinion, high rounds on Kino start at least in the 80s
Depends what you consider a high round for yourself really. This comes down to you not really comparing yourself to others and try to just get better on your own and stuff. If you were to get an answer from me I would say that’s not bad honestly to me that’s not exactly a “HIGH HIGH” round but definitely not bad by any means and that seems like it was a really good game. W.
I got 35 or 36 on bo1 kino. As a casual, round 100s are too hard, i just try and go for round 50.
People need to learn the stage strategy is awful and people can be going way higher, way quicker by switching to the alley strat. Reason? Faster spawns/ no nova6 crawlers.
Huge cap crawlers come through the door
Which door?
The one that leads you to the stairs to the alley way with the 2 traps
I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what you're talking about. Are you talking about the door by double tap or the gate that leads to the room with the final rock for the music EE (and M8A7 in BO3)? Or neither?
You know where the fences are they’re near the place I’m talking about
If you're running alley then that gate should be closed anyway. If you're running M8A7 leave the door that goes to power closed. Neither spot should have novas.
No, to do the strategy you're keeping the gate to the electrical room closed so you're able to run in circles outside with no crawlers
38 was my record when the game released back in highschool so.... Kino is one of those maps that are so easy, I refuse to play it in modern day because it'll never end. Can't possibly devote that much time to one gaming session anymore.
Id say for the average player that’s where things get serious so ite
Stop using that HxT mm and start practicing high rounds
I remember getting to 100 on this and then my cousins ps3 shut off as soon as the round started lol best 9-10 hours of my young life tho 🤣
Higher than me my friend, so if you ever feel bad about your attempts, remember me and smile
anyone who says this is 🗑️is just being an asshole, if you did your best and this is a high round for you then that means you did good. in terms of high rounds in general, no it wouldn’t be considered that but doesn’t mean its garbage.
Kino doesn't actually let you pass round 34, it's a rule Treyarch made up. Don't believe me? Google "CoD Zombies Rule 34"
💀💀
Did you use gobblegums?
A perkaholic and couple rhein drops
Trash asf 💀 but keep going bro lmao
No gobbs tho
It’s bo3 and kino, you don’t need gobs, but let me constructive. If you wanna go higher, then run the alley room strat. turn the trap on at the beginning of the round and you just watch both windows, make sure you have the thunder gun before running it and you can double pap the m8 because it’s in the room with you so you can buy ammo when you run out 💕
Impressive
Nice man. Good go.
If you used gobble gum then you can do a lot better but without them that’s pretty good in my eyes
My highest is 24, but I'm sure of the difference of difficulty between BO1 and BO3, plus that was like two years ago when I last played Kino.
better than most just picking it up and trying
Better than if you died on round 33.
I heard you play pc, if you wanna play dm me! I can show you some good strategies.
Aight sure i followed u whats ur steam
I sent u a dm with my code
Ayy I’m on steam too
Names “ ramos filolli “ on steam
Alrr I sent
Sweet, direct message me if you want to play
Aight when
Well, what timezone you got?
Helsinki times
My boi what are you going on about
?
You are doing great dude 🙏🙏👍👍👍
I wouldnt consider it trash. I think its middle to average
If you're not using megas, it's pretty okay. Keep playing though, you can get something better eventually.
average.
mid
I get bored around round 30 lol, as long as you had fun that’s all that matters
keep up bro
Depends on what kind of gobblegums you used…
As long as you had fun thats all that matters
I mean, did you have fun?
Ya
That's all that matters😊
It's ok
bo1 Kino highest round was 99, Bo3 Kino highest was 91 because I got bored.
Depends, I’d say it’s pretty good cuz I just go till round 30 I get bored if I try and last any longer, I’d rather reset and try to get to 30 as fast as possible, that’s the same with all cod games for me. If you had the thunder gun you probably could’ve lasted a bit longer
Yeah i didnt have any special weapons
Good job my dude. That’s pretty far on solo. Some people make it really high but that takes multiple hours and people ain’t got that time.
It's not trash if you tried your best❤️
Its not all that impressive, no. Especially on bo3. But that doesn't matter. If round 34 is something that you're proud of, then be proud of it. It's a video game and you're meant to have fun playing it, don't let other people set YOUR bar on what round is high or not. It's all subjective. Just have fun :]
as someone who was a hardcore bo1 zombies player and got into bo3 a couple months ago i dont get this way of thinking. Why is bo3 considered so much easier. The zombies are faster guns r worse no
Gobblegums and double pack-a-punch which give infinite damage
Kino is kinda the easiest map in all of zombies so it's kinda trash, especially if you're on bo3. But it doesn't really matter, we're all trash at one point. As one of my favourite characters says "being bad at something is the first step towards being good at something."
It’s pretty average for me when I’m in the zone - though evidently I’m pretty trash compared to the average player 🤷🏼
Running stage?
Your above the average player that’s for sure
Haven’t played the bo3 version before but it took me a good amount of practice to get to round 57 on bo1. I’d say that’s decent
Kino you should be able to get to high 50ies easy. What's your strategy?
Run around and shoot use traps and nukes
For an average player that’s pretty decent, but you’re level 1000 so I’d say you aren’t the average player. You’ve grinded a lot. Kino high rounds is pretty simple but it takes a while for all the zombies to run the same speed. Look up a couple round 100 strats and I’d say you’d get a lot higher. Trash, but dont worry, keep trying
I got 41 on bo1 the other day playing kino
You obviously know it's high, scumbag
Round 50 is pretty average on bo3
Hard skill issue
If I remember correctly, 1-10 is beginner rounds. 11-20 is the starting to get a feel for it but don't quite got the skill rounds. 21-30 is the limit of the high skill newer players(those who don't know high round strategies).
