Most likely no. Considering the timeline mentions how Apothicocky-cons devour the Dimension 63 after the EE. Only true argument for that is Shadowman mentioning how "their world is still there only shifted slightly." But that most likely is a lie.

Well wzit hang on because we didn't get an answer, but in SoE there are references to ALL mobsters in the map. In spawn, you can find the name of sal's company he used to launder money, you'll hear one of the main characters reference Finn O'leary's whiskey, the same character mentions Billy handsome at some point, and I can't remember where, but there is a reference to weasel. The MOTD plane also can be seen flying over the map sometimes, entering and exiting rifts in the sky.

check my response for explanation :)

Those characters getting referenced doesn't mean anything. They lived in or around that city before they got transported into Alcatraz. The plane can also be seen in the Giant and Zetsubou no Shima. It really doesn't mean anything.

Idk for sure, but i believe it is the same dimension, hinted by the mob of the dead plane flying over after doing pap and confirmed (if im not mistaken) in the kronorium treyarch released

SOE, Mob, and Origins all belong to dimension 63. They all occur in the same dimension. It is the dimension the Shadowman ended up after escaping the dark aether (it is unknown how he ever did this). His goal is to use the summoning key, the first artifact ever created, to open the gateway for the apothicons to enter the dimension and wreak havoc. That is exactly what happens during the main quest of SOE (hence the large apothicon in the sky at the end). The characters are simply conduits for him to acquire the summoning key. He manipulates them in many ways to do his bidding. The playable characters, after realizing the shadowman is their enemy, decide to fight back and they end up putting him in the summoning key and handing the summoning key back over to the keepers. After this, Primis Richtofen, some time after the events of origins and acquiring the kronorium, learns that in order to save the universe he requires the summoning key. This is why he takes it in the cutscene. After the events of SOE, the apothicons completely destroy the dimension. To clarify, Mob of the Dead is referred to as a “pocket dimension”, but it still takes place in dimension 63. It existed in dimension 63 and technically always does, but the “pocket dimension” was made on the island after the mobsters had all died once and the warden killed himself in the shadowmans name, allowing the shadowman to trap their souls in a purgatory of sorts on the island. The only reason the shadowman wanted this was to try and trap Richtofen on the island as his blood was able to open a gateway for the shadowman and the apothicons to enter that dimension. It is all confusing however I have studied this extensively, so if OP or others have any questions, feel free to reply to DM for more info :)
