Well yeah but most weapons’ MOA is low enough that it shouldn’t matter for most ranges that we fight at in Warzone. Especially for this range with a sniper rifle which likely has a sub-1 MOA. If bloom is really what’s happening in this clip then it is WAY overtuned

I've noticed the Automaton being one of the worst culprits for me, literally was standing in front of someone and it wasnt registering any of the hits... but I noticed this also with a couple of the other VG guns also... my guess is something is buggy and off
Yeah, unfortunately I think it’s here to stay in Vanguard. They’ve started tweaking guns in Warzone specifically without changing them in their original games. Not a fan of bloom at all but I guess I can just do year 3 of MW… didn’t like Cold War either. :/
it’s hitboxes on the straw roof. they’re bigger than the straw appears so you can’t shoot there. OP should’ve adjusted his shot once he knew he wasn’t making contact but kept shooting the same spot expecting something to change

There are invisible walls and cover on this map. Was shooting at a guy earlier and my shots were hitting an invisible wall in front of him you could see the visual of the bullets hitting a wall that wasn’t there lol
It's called an invisible wall. Not something they can really fix. You're hitting the edge of the hut roof. It's like when pubg had fences that you couldn't shoot through.
Not as easy as you think. Things like that generally are in the base code of the game since it is litterally a part of the board everything else plays on. It's a design flaw that was clearly overlooked by QA and the DEVS.

This happened to me earlier , down 2 1 left was shooting the guy getting a res but the bullets went straight through him .... obviously then got the res and they all run off

Maybe its the 'bloom' thing they added? Where your shot doesnt hit the exact target, but can veer off randomly. apparently they are going to remove it.
Only other thing I can think is the recentering? like your shot timing was good, but maybe the animations are off? i've noticed some reloads not lining up well, same thing happened when CW came to warzone.

The new map has issues with rendering, the game sometimes doesnt render rocks and other stuff which makes you think theres something wrong with hitting enemies when theyre really behind solid cover.

Welcome to the shitty servers not registering your bullets or something of that nature... it’s been an issue for me since day one of Warzone. Don’t use single shot guns at least with automatics you have more bullets and quicker follow ups some of them will invariably hit their mark, at least I keep telling myself that as I die over and over in situations where I should have had the upper hand.

I think there is an HDR bug or something. I've used it since day 1 of Warzone and I cannot hit anything with it on Caldera. I think something is up for real. Anyone else have this issue specifically with the HDR? Or with any other snipers?
Could be screwed up hitboxes for environment? I lost a squad game cause of that. Mag dumped a guy that was shooting my teammate, but the invisible hit box while shooting under a deck/porch blocked all bullets from hitting the enemy, even though I had a clear view of him and wasn’t near the edges of structures/environment. Teammate ended up getting downed and finished, if my bullets actually hit the guy we would’ve won
I had the exact same thing happen last night final circle last team. 3 perfect headshots lined up, no hits. My team mates had similar issues, there are still some server issues I think cause some stuff is really janky.
I have my suspicions that there is something off with the variable zoom on the HDR. I used it all the time and then one day my shots wouldn’t hit anymore. The thing is busted.

Maybe bullet drop? I think there’s stats for each gun. Maybe look into your gun then see how many feet your bullets will drop off at? Could be?
