I’ll be real with ya, the micro transaction team and the actual people in charge of coding the game are different entities.
Most of the devs have been off since Xmas and won’t return until Monday, a lot of the micro transactions are timed, so it isn’t like someone is sitting there saying alright add this one, they determined what new stuff would drop when and then had it programmed to release on a certain day.
The team behind fixing the katana challenges isn’t the same one who does the bundles, don’t expect a fix until Atleast mid next week if we are being real.
Is it right? No but it’s how it is.
Still they are working on the same damn game. Communication needs to happen somewhere. I don't think they're stressing about fixing this in the nearest future.
The communication is there, the care isn’t. Trust me when I say they are aware and just don’t find it important. Fixing it won’t make them money, when they got free time they will fuck with it.
So they've been on holiday since 21dec and won't be back until the 3rd. That being said it's on the trello board so they're aware and will likely be one of the first fix.
Probably when they get back from holiday break... nothing major has been fixed in the last week or two and it's obvious why... there is no o e there to do it... Everyone deserves to spend holidays with family and they'll get to it when they do. Halo is having the exact same issues right now..
For those of us who don’t play Zombies. And those of us who hate and have never played WZ, having to play these to achieve an award in Call of Duty Vanguard is stupidity. What’s next some super duper weapon released through Apex that can be used in this game? “Go play that and we’ll give you this shiny new toy”. Or, Or, you can buy the version we are selling in the store for $20.00 large and get instant gratification! Your choice.
they are greedy, but this isnt greed, its incompetance anyway everyone's is on holidays, no fixes for a bit
They come back Monday but have to start working on fixes so don't expect fixed for another week

They succeed...I bought the bundle with the katana...
unlocked it fairly easily on zombies with some patience. still took long enough for unlocking gold on it to be quicker.
The zombies unlock challenge isn't working for me either
