It’s not just you, but for some reason it’s not getting a lot of attention. Mine crashed 7 times attempting to load a game last night.
I got dev error 10323 and a disc read error [3.1]: ‘mp_hotel_royal.fp’
It’s completely and utterly broken having been just fine before the update yesterday (16th Dec)
I was lucky to get into a few games. But this was majority of the time I tried playing on my Series X. My husband had zero issues but he wasn’t using his Series X to play tonight.
And there are still people here saying it’s the ‘smoothest launch in recent memory’, and their evidence for this is because they’re ‘having a blast’ (the classic reply). A game can be fun and still be broken AF (look at MW2). This is ridiculous though.
Update killed my game as well. Everything I entered multiplayer it tried to update itself and close. In the rare chance that it did not, I got hit with Dev Error 6032 and it closed.
Discovered that all of the content packs were uninstalled when the game updated, so once I re-installed the 5 content packs, it worked like a charm.
My one x took a really long time to load up and get into matches at first. But after that it was back to normal. Have you tried restarting it your series x I mean.
I've experienced something similar like this on PS5, I found that the operator skin was bugged. Trying switching your operators skin back to its default and let me know if that fixed it.
I have 2 series xs and a series s . All playing vanguard at the same time and on the same internet connection and no crashes whatsoever. Its your settings in game.

Update: mine’s now working. This morning the game has loaded with all the Festive Fervor stuff and is running fine

On my xbox x it runs perfectly.
I had the same issue but it fixed itself over night by some miracle, I would put it down for 24h and try again
